I was doing really well on Weight Watchers and then I took a break… it was about a 2 week break and I wasn’t having a free for all on the food until the last weekend… the damage was about 12 pounds gained back!

So today I am here at 368.0 pounds and am back on the WW tracking and plan. In an effort to motivate myself to stay focused I am posting 2 photos that I took back on March 11, 2011… so almost 8 months ago… I weighed 397.2 pounds…

I need to seriously focus and get this done!

My wife and I have decided to have a weight loss challenge between the two of us.. started 2 days ago and will end on New Years Eve… highest percentage of weight lost wins!.. But the problem is that we don’t know what to have as the prize/reward.. any suggestions?
