I have been having problems with some fast food binging the last few days… do great all day then lose it at night so I figure what if I commit to post exactly what I eat everyday (for a few days at least) to make myself accountable and have to show the world what I ate… to make it fair these posts titles will begin with ‘Food Log’ and the date, so if you want to skip them to avoid temptation please feel free. These daily logs will be updated throughout the day… at the end of the day (when I am done weating I will put ‘Done for today’)

- 1 Flour Tortilla
- 2 Eggs Fried w/cooking spray
- Hot Sauce
- 3 x dill pickles (Trader Joe’s Half Sour Dills are the BEST!)
- Pink Lady Apple
- 100 Calorie Pack Twinkies
- 2 servings of Chicken Parmeasean w/ Angelhair (Low Fat recipie)
- 3 leftover turkey meatballs
- 13 oz Apple Juice
- 12 oz Diet Rite Zero
- 12 x 8 oz servings of water
- 8 oz Grape Juice
