Just a quick note.. I have embarked on a Juicing diet… After a bunch of research (and a huge amount of help from my friend Kristen)  I started on 11/29/12 with one juice meal replacement.. Mixed vegetable and fruits being juiced with this juicer:

I am still trying to find that ‘perfect’ juice that will be 80% vegetables (mostly dark leafy greens) and 20% fruit.. and be of at least tolerable taste… not there yet.. Yesterday (12/3/12) I started 2 juice meal replacements… I feel okay… no real change.. I learned that you shouldn’t put a big chunk of Ginger into your drink.. I also learned that a drink that has Bell Pepper and a whole Jalapeno (with seeds) is way too hot and will cause your mouth to feel burned for 2 days 😉
