Happy New Year! Okay.. first some history… This is my weight loss chart since 7/3/08 (when I was at 366.6 pounds) to today 1/6/14 (on which I weigh 415.3 pounds)..
So I gained 48.7 pounds in 5 and a half years… with this excess weight laying heavy on my mind (and body) I once again start a new year with dreams of getting healthy and being at a healthy weight…
I have failed so many times before… I often feel like this is it… that I can’t get any better… but my health has been majorly affected in the last year and a half and I feel like I need to do this not only for me, but for the people around me also.
I have stopped all fast food (again) and am focusing on smaller portions and less snacks…
I will check in again soon.
6 years, 6 months and 3 days of weight charts… and I have gained 49 pounds…
In that 6+ years I have been down to 339 pounds (on 9/19/08) and up to 432.6 (on 9/13/10)… up and down and up and up and down… basically I have spun my wheels and lost ground…
